SINEAD O’CONNOR MADE her much anticipated on, off, and on again appearance on last night’s Late Late Show where she discussed sex, escorts and vibrators amongst many other things.
Having earlier this week decided to pull out of the programme following a conversation with one of its researchers, the 44-year-old singer eventually decided to appear after a heart-to-heart with host Ryan Tubridy.
Straight from her performance at the Electric Picnic which she said was “great, good fun”, O’Connor updated Tubridy on her quest for the perfect man:

Such was the popularity of her man hunt in the media over the last few days O’Connor joked that she had “men for everybody in the audience” but so far it appears Mr Right has not yet come along.
O’Connor also revealed that she had not had sex for seven months, something which had driven her to consider the possibility of escorts:
Towards the end of the interview, O’Connor even propositioned Tubridy himself but in the end both agreed that the 2fm DJ was a little on the young side for her.
Still at least she got a lovely pic with him, later tweeting: “He wants me”
