HERMITAGE GREEN ARE all set to play the Wexford Spiegeltent Festival next week, followed by a headlining gig in the Olympia Theatre in Dublin in early November.
And they’ve been preparing in the best possible way.
By playing a full gig at a UCD gaff party on Tuesday night
The lads broadcast the full gig live on Facebook for the near 40 minute duration.
The crowd were loving it
While they gave it socks up on “stage”
They even brought the owner of the house up to have a go on the guitar
H’on Fintan.
The last few minutes of the gig got particularly crazy
What a way to wrap it up.
And they left this sound message to other students on their Facebook page:
If you are a student and you want us to come to your campus and play in your gaff then let us know. There is a very good chance we’ll come coz it’s great craic and we don’t have real jobs.
