Holly Willloughby got super honest about her dyslexia on This Morning

She was discussing the condition with Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp.

HOLLY WILLOUGHBY OPENED up about her dyslexia diagnosis on This Morning.

The presenter said she had concerns about her three children inheriting the condition from her.

During an interview with actor and singer Martin Kemp, Holly asked him how he gets ready for his acting roles, given the fact that he needs to read and memorise his lines.

You’re dyslexic and I’m dyslexic as well. You say the way you learn and the way you prepare for this is different to other people.”

Martin said than when he reads he “digest it a lot more”.

Before I go into rehearsals I have to know every single word.”

Similarly, Holly uses coloured scripts and has advance checks of the autocue to help her present This Morning.

She previously told Glasgow’s Sunday Post:

I don’t know whether that’s hereditary or not, but I do think about that. Schools are so much more advanced in looking out for it than when I was at school.
If anything was to crop up it’d be noticed a lot quicker than it was with me. And children learn in a different way now. It makes a lot more sense to me and things are a lot more visual. I feel the ways of teaching are better.”
