Hugh Hefner's wife won't inherit any money following his death... it's The Dredge

Today’s fresh celeb dirt.

Hugh Hefner’s wife Crystal Harris won’t be inheriting very much of his fortune.

Before they married on New Year’s Eve in 2012, Crystal was made to sign an ‘ironclad’ prenuptial agreement. It is also reported that she was never added to his will either. The bulk of his fortune will be split between his four children and a variety of charities.

Hefner was thought to be worth $43 million, but was attempting to sell the Playboy Mansion for $200 million in January 2016, on the condition that the buyer would allow Hefner to continue living in the mansion. It the end it sold for $100 million.

Before their 2012 wedding, Harris had broken things off with Hefner in June 2011, five days ahead of their first planned wedding. Apparently, she’s not bitter about the financial arrangements either. (Us Weekly)

Kim Kardashian’s losing the plot over all of the ‘sources’ confirming news about her family.

Yesterday people refreshed Twitter with bated breath after she freaked everyone out by tweeting this:

During a period when there are so many rumours flying around, everyone was certain she was going to either confirm or deny something very big. Usually the family are very good at keeping their reactions to news relating to them very reserved, saving the dramatics for the TV show. Unfortunately, yesterday was no different.

The tweet was followed with this little rant:

It turns out it was actually in relation to an Instagram post by the producer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Jeffrey Jenkins. Jenkins shared a photo of Kourtney and her boyfriend writing ‘Congrats my beautiful Khloe! You will be a great mom! God bless you all three!’

Nicole Kidman shared an open letter speaking out about domestic violence, urging women to support each other as part of a global network.

The letter was published by Porter magazine, where she wrote about domestic violence, following her experiences and a decade working as a UN ambassador. The publication named her as one of the 50 leading women from around the world.

She wrote:

More than ever, I am aware of the need to support and celebrate each other. I like to believe I am part of a global support group network of 3.4 billion – half of humanity – who stand up for the rights of every human being to live a life free from discrimination, injustice and violence.
The stories I have heard from [victims of domestic abuse] have shaken me to the core and changed me forever. I saw first hand how crucial the support of others was for them to be able to reclaim their lives.

On another occasion while accepting an award, she described domestic violence:

It’s a complicated and insidious disease, it exists far more than we allow ourselves to know. It is filled with shame and secrecy.
