He is a legendary former cricketer, widely thought of as being England’s greatest ever all-round player between the stumps. He’s also something of a national institution across the water.
And this morning, his verified Twitter account posted a VERY graphic, up-close picture of somebody’s manhood.
It’s since been deleted, but here’s a manual RT of it. We’ve added a rubber duck for decency.
Botham has said he was hacked by “some idiot”.
He also thanked the hacker for getting him many “hits”.
Needless to say, the internet was shocked and appalled.
The sheer graphic-ness of the photo upset many people.
