IAN DEMPSEY HAS cemented his place even further as one of Ireland’s favourite men, by getting a tattoo in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.
Iano was dared by listeners to go for it as part of Today FM’s Dare to Care campaign, and he went through with it this morning, getting a black star tattoo on his arm; a tribute to David Bowie.
Dempsey raised €38,000 in the process. He continued his breakfast show broadcast as he lay on a bed to be inked by Limerick artist Ross Nagle of Allstar Ink.

Last week women across Ireland wore their wedding dresses to work, also to raise money for Dare to Care.
