A MAN WHO made threatening phone calls to cops has been ordered to make amends… by standing outside a police station holding an ‘idiot’ sign.
Richard Dameron, 58, was told by a judge to remain at the station in Cleveland, Ohio for three hours a day, every day this week. He started his vigil on Monday.
Dameron was convicted of threatening officers in 911 calls.
His public shaming isn’t the first of its kind in the city. The Cleveland judge who sentenced Dameron previously made a woman wear an “idiot” sign in public for driving around a school bus.
