A CASTLE-LIKE MANSION custom built for Celine Dion on a private island in Montreal, Quebec has been put on the market with luxury properties estate agent Sotheby’s International Realty.

The 24,000 square foot house/French chateau is being sold “with almost all its contents”, according to the property listing, and is on the market for $29,655,500 . If you need a bit of privacy while living it up Marie Antoinette-style, you’ll be relieved to hear that the property is completely fenced in and the island’s access is via a private gated bridge.

Sadly, anyone planning on scoping the place out in person needs to ‘pre-qualify’ for a viewing. The property has been for sale for some months now though, so they might be open to a bit of negotiation on the price…
