DESPITE THE WIND and rain, stars and fans came out in their droves last night to attend the premiere of the Margaret Thatcher biopic The Iron Lady.

Not only is it one of the most anticipated films of the century, it stars Meryl Streep. So yes, there is definitely a need for a slideshow.

Also, there was a blue carpet, an oddly-dressed down Culture Minister and an appearance by the dashing Tom Hardy. Need we say anymore?
