An Irish illustrator has designed a very sweary colouring book for stressed out adults

‘Row, row, row your boat away the f*ck from me’

BEING AN ADULT is really hard and sometimes you just want to retreat back to your childhood and remember a time when life was that little bit easier.

Well Edwina Nic Chin Midhe, an illustrator from Louth has decided to make that dream a possibility with an adult colouring book that will make you feel a hell of a lot better about yourself.

The colouring book is aptly titled ‘ Calm the F*ck Down’ and Edwina promises that it will aid you in your time of need.

Calm the F*ck Down is the best f*cking way to relax after a shitty day. This book is full of fun and cute profanities for you to colour.

And some very cute profanities there are indeed, with Edwina offering you various different scenarios for you to colour to your heart’s content.

Had a bad day? Colour in this sad unicorn to cheer yourself up!

Speaking to DailyEdge.ie Edwina (who has already illustrated two other colouring books) explained why she enjoys making these profanity-laden colouring books;

I love using my Irish sense of humour on the sweary ones and I feel like the cute drawings are a great contrast to the words.”

If you feel like Edwina’s colouring book is something you need in your life, you can get it on Amazon for $3.99. Bargain lads.
