This guy contacted an Irish gay magazine in search of a Dublin man he met at Brighton Pride and it's lovely
THE UK’S BIGGEST Pride celebration took place last weekend in Brighton, and the parade through the city lived up to the billing:
In among the hustle and bustle of the festival, a potential love story was (briefly) playing out – but as is often the case in such hectic circumstances, crucial details are missed.
And so it was when Jason met a man from Dublin in a cafe on Sunday morning. They didn’t exchange details, so Jason got in touch with Irish magazine Gay Community News to see if they could help.
They told the story yesterday:
“We got a very sweet phone call from a man who met and talked to an Irish guy during Brighton Pride, and is trying to find him, so we asked him to share the details.”
He rang them up <3
GCN are doing their best to put the pair in touch again, titling their shoutout “Sleepless in Brighton”.
Jason told them the story of how they got chatting:
He’s around 60 years old and has “the most beautiful eyes and soft voice”:
Jason left some details about himself for good measure:
They’re looking for people to email them at info@gcn.ie if they have any details.
Brighton Pride 2017 could still provide an international romance nearly one week later. Good luck, everyone.
