LOOK, AS MANY an Irish mam will attest – if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

Student Niamh Donnellan asked her mam to do what many would assume is a fairly simple thing – photocopy her passport.

Only she must not have been specific enough about what part of the passport she actually needed, because she ended up with this:
