Some lad tried to pass off an Italian flag as a tricolour at the match last night
THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE gathered in Chicago’s Soldier Fields yesterday to witness Ireland’s historic win over New Zealand.
As you’d expect, there was a massive Irish contingent in the stadium, wearing jerseys and waving flags.
But there was one flag that caught people’s attention.
That would be this lad who brought an Italian flag, turned it upside down and said to himself, “That’s grand, nobody will notice”
Eh yeah, that’s not how it works, buddy
Nobody at home was impressed with the stunt
