It's Friday so here's a slideshow of meerkats from around the world

FRIDAYS WERE REINVIGORATED in 2011 by two things…Rebecca Black’s pitch-perfect, viral monstrosity* and The Daily Edge’s cute animal slideshows.

While we may not “get down on Fridays” with Rebecca anymore, the Friday picture gallery is still a reliable afternoon pick-me-up.

BUT, we may have gone overboard this week with the largest collection of photos ever…but, in all seriousness, imagine trying to choose between a meerkat in a pumpkin, a meerkat in a Christmas tree, a meerkat in a stocking, a meerkat in a teacup, a meerkat on a weighing scales and a meerkat with a ‘Come on Andy’ tennis ball. It was just too tough an ask so here are all those things in their unedited glory.
