JAMES ARTHUR APPEARS to have publicly addressed his ongoing legal battle with The Script.
The 30 year-old X Factor winner was hit with a lawsuit from the band’s frontman Danny O’Donoghue over his song Say You Won’t Let Go.
He claims it’s a rip of The Man Who Can’t Be Moved – listen to both below:

It seems has James used his BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge appearance as an opportunity to hit back at the legal proceedings without saying too much. He covered Jorja Smith’s Blue Light, and added his own verse, saying they’ll never “see a dime” and branded them “snakes full of jealousy”.
He rapped: “Did you see – tho’ desperate men call for desperate times. But they will never see a single flipping dime of mine.
I’m dynamite; every single line I write, inspired by life. You can get your lawyers to indict me. You rich fellows that jealous you would spite me.
You should know I never follow The Script. I rip it up and I flip it; I’m from the gutters of Britain. I went from nothin’ to millions, my fingers up in the system.”
Tell us how you really feel, James.
It comes after he announced that his next album would be his last.
