THE WORLD IS still coming to terms with the travel ban imposed by President Trump over the weekend barring citizens of seven predominantly Muslim nations entry into the US.
James Corden arrived in the US to take up The Late Late Show mantle from fellow British comedian Craig Ferguson in 2014 – so naturally he would have an opinion on what went on over the weekend.
This is how he began his show last night
Without saying a word to camera, Corden showed people his routine when going through LAX Airport
From travelling there in his car to going through security and eventually boarding
Seamless.
The film finished with a message as to why he couldn’t address the controversy on his show last night:
Today, James flew out of Los Angeles. So all our shows this week have been pre-taped.
And why he showed himself going through the mundane task of catching a flight:
Freedom of movement should be this easy for all legal immigrants.
Not just the white and Christian ones.
