James Corden turned down a solo record deal because he was afraid of looking like "an idiot"
JAMES CORDEN HAS revealed he was offered a six-figure solo recording contract off the back of his success of his Carpool Karaoke series.
However, The Late Late Show presenter told The Sunday Times he didn’t take it because he was afraid of looking “like an idiot”.
The internet had a right old LOL at his expense as a result.

Some people supported his decision though.
