And this week’s unfortunate contestants in the Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts segment were Drew Barrymore and John Boyega.

And there’s no doubt that the pair struggled.

In fact, both of them opted to eat a variety of revolting items as opposed to revealing information including their likes and dislikes on the chatshow circuit, and the amount of money they made in their last movie.

Seems unnecessary, but OK.

In actual fact, the real champ of the hour came in the form of good ol’ James, who chose to spill his guts when John posed his question.

Have you ever stolen anything? And if so, from where? CONFESS!

To be fair, this is not something we’d be admitting to, but we’re not James Corden.

Turns out that James nicked a candle from Mariah Carey’s gaff as payback for making him wait almost three hours after a scheduled meeting.

I once – I well – this is completely true and I’ve never told anybody this. I once stole a candle from Mariah Carey’s house. These candles; they say Mariah Carey and there’s a butterfly on them.

Interesting James, do go on.

We had gone to film this Christmas Carpool Karaoke and I had to go to her house and we were going to film it from there. We were supposed to film at three, and I was told to get there at four and they’ll probably be ready and then I waited in her living room until 6.30, just on my own.

And James wasn’t having it.

I thought ‘Well, I’m going to take this candle for myself’ and I still have it today. I’m sorry Mariah, but you have loads!

Glad you’ve gotten it off your chest, James.
