James Vincent McMorrow played a secret gig in a Dublin pub last night
THE RUBY SESSIONS in Dublin’s Doyles pub has seen its fair share of A-listers grace the stage down the years – and last night was another big night.
Rumours started in the afternoon that James Vincent McMorrow would be playing – and word spread quickly:
The JVM Ultras.
And sure enough, the rumours were true: he appeared on stage around 10pm
So good he had to play two sets.
He belted out some serious tunes
Not bad for a Tuesday night
The fans who got in gave it two big thumbs up
Of course, there were some who didn’t get past the monster queue
But they made do with their lot
So, all told, another fine night at the Ruby Sessions
The crowd were left wanting more
Whoops!
