James Vincent McMorrow has his music gear robbed in London

The Irish musician had some of his instruments stolen from the back of his car after a gig in London earlier this week.

IRISH TROUBADOUR JAMES Vincent McMorrow has made a plea for his musical equipment to be returned after it was stolen out of his car in London.

The gear was taken in the early hours of Thursday morning from the back of his car near the Ibis Hotel in the English capital’s Earls Court area, says radio station XFM.

James told his Twitter followers:

woke up to find that my car had been broken into over night, bag left in there with all of my mics, guitar pedal, adrians [sic] pro tools rig

The culprits smashed the back of his car window, which had to be replaced before he could get back on the road to continue his touring.

Last night the Choice Prize-nominated musician played a gig at Colston Hall, and tweeted afterwards that it was “such an amazing end to what had been a pretty rubbish day”.

If you have any information on James’ lost gear why not let him know.
