Jamie Dornan is set to star alongside Sam Claflin in an upcoming IRA thriller
HAVING PLAYED STARKLY different roles in The Fall, The Siege of Jadotville and Fifty Shades, there’s no doubt that Jamie Dornan has range.
But while the public remains in a Fifty Shades Freed frenzy, Jamie has turned his attention closer to home.
The 35-year-old actor will be starring opposite The Hunger Games’ Sam Clafin in an action thriller which focuses on the conflict between the IRA and the British government in the 1970s.
Directed by Brian Kirk, Borderline tells the story of an IRA operative, played by Dornan, who is sent to London to take over the Active Service Unit.
While there, Dornan’s character uses the task to search for an SAS captain, played by Clafin, who is responsible for accidentally murdering the former’s wife.
According to a screendaily.com report, reports, production is set to kick off in Dublin and London this summer.
