The alleged victim, who has remained anonymous, claims that the incident took place in Las Vegas 16 years ago after she refused to perform oral sex on the actor.
The 50-year-old actor strenuously denies the claims with the actor’s attorney, Allison Hart, stating that he intends to file his own report.
Jamie denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him.

According to Hart, Foxx, who is reportedly in a relationship with Katie Holmes, was never approached with regards the incident, until earlier this week.
The first time Jamie became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.
Hart added:
The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.
Correction: Our initial report stated that Mr Foxx had been accused of sexual assault, however under Nevada law, sexual assault is defined as conduct that: Subjects another person to sexual penetration, or forces another person to make a sexual penetration on himself or herself or another, or on a beast, against the will of the victim or under conditions in which the perpetrator knows or should know that the victim is mentally or physically incapable of resisting or understanding the nature of his or her conduct.
