IF YOU FOLLOW many young people on Twitter, you may have noticed that a lot of them are very excitable this morning.

That’s because the Janoskians, an improv comedy group with an insanely large and youthful Twitter following, are playing in Dublin and Belfast. Tickets went on sale this morning.

Cue freakout:

Some people even got their mammies involved:

So who are the Janoskians? Well, they’re Australian YouTube comedians, aged between 18 and 21. The name stands for Just Another Name Of Silly Kids In Another Nation.

Collectively, they have upwards of 6million Twitter followers and 1.5million YouTube subscribers.

They do ‘public disturbance’ improv comedy, like this:

They also perform songs. This is Set This World On Fire, their first single:

And teenagers LOVE them.

Earlier this year, they tweeted that they would be at Times Square in New York on a Saturday afternoon. So many teens showed up that the square had to be shut down.

When the Janoskians last came to Dublin, they caused #IrishStrippersYoureOverPriced to trend on Twitter after visiting a strip joint.

Earlier this week, the Janoskians announced dates in Belfast and Dublin on August 31 and September 1, as part of their Got Cake Tour. There was hysteria.

The tickets went on sale at 8am today, but not everyone could get one:

Baffled? Well, at least you’re not this Dubliner, who we’re guessing is selling tickets:
