FOR THE PAST several years, Jimmy Kimmel has invited parents to perform an incredible act of cruelty upon their children.

Yes: to tell kids that they – mum and dad – ate all the youngster’s Halloween sweets. And film the reaction, and show it to the world.

The prank continues to deliver the goods. Frankly, we’re with this kid.
