POTTER FANS! GOOD news at last.
Earlier today JK Rowling posted a new Harry Potter short story on Pottermore – it’s the first time she’s written about the characters as adults since the Deathly Hallows epilogue.
Written from the viewpoint of poison-penned journalist Rita Skeeter, the story finds a 34-year-old Harry attracting a lot of attention at the Quidditch World Cup finals.
In it, we learn that Harry is enjoying his new life as an Auror, Hermione is making huge strides at the Ministry of Magic, and Ron has decided to join his brother George in managing his joke shop, Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes.
Aw.

You have to have a Pottermore account to read the story - it takes two minutes to sign up, and it’s worth it if you’re a Potter fan.
The only problem is, now we want more. MORE.
