Johnny Logan and the Rock 'n' Roll Kids lads performing on the Late Late tonight
HOLD US NOW!
Johnny Logan is set to perform a medley of his Eurovision hits on The Late Late Show tonight as Ireland prepares to select its next entrant for the competition.
Logan will sing a mash up of Hold Me Now and What’s Another Year along with Why Me (the 1992 Linda Martin winner, which he wrote).
Charlie McGettigan and Paul Harrington meanwhile will be performing their 1994 winner Rock ‘n’ Roll Kids to mark the Eurosong final.
Joining the Eurovision royalty will be this year’s five hopefuls; Patricia Roe, Eoghan Quigg, Can-linn featuring Kasey Smith, Andrew Mann and Laura O’Neill.

All five will perform their songs and will be scrutinised by the discussion panel of Louis Walsh, Linda Martin, Eoghan McDermott and Maia Dunphy.
(Yes, that’s right, Johnny Logan and Linda Martin together. We can but hope for a Why Me duet)
Voting will be open to the public with details announced during tonight’s live show. The public votes, along with polling from regional juries will decide which winning act will head to Copenhagen on 8 May.
