Jordan in the running to be UK police commissioner (No, seriously...)

According to the Observer, the model may be a candidate to oversee a police force in the south of England…

GLAMOUR MODEL KATIE Price has already branched out into success as a novelist and with her own perfume brand – but it seems she may now have turned her attention to tackling crime.

The Observer reports that the model, formerly known as Jordan, is among those who have expressed an interest in becoming one of the UK’s new elected police commissioners. The officials are local police chiefs with the power to hire and fire chief constables, and set operational priorities.

A police source told the paper that Price had suggested she could be a candidate for commissioner in Hampshire, in the south of England.
