JUSTIN BIEBER AND Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) have postponed their wedding for the fourth time.
The news comes on the back of Justin’s admission that he’s currently struggling with his mental health and has been receiving treatment for depression.
Captioning a recent throwback shot, the ‘No Brainer’ singer said: “Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys. Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird.
I always bounce back so I’m not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me. God is faithful and ur prayers really work thanks .. the most human season I’ve ever been in facing my stuff head on.. [sic].”
As their road to marriage now looks even longer, let’s look at their journey from bezzie mates to (almost) bride and groom.
The pair were introduced by Hailey’s uncle Alec Baldwin.

Alec gave Hailey tickets to go see the Biebs in 2009 when he performed on Today Show. They vaguely knew each other already, as Hailey’s born-again Christian dad Stephen and Justin’s mam Pattie Mallette were mates.
“I was never a superfan, of him or of anyone,” she said in a recent join interview the pair did with Vogue magazine. “It was never that crazed, screaming thing. I didn’t think about it in any kind of way except for the fact that he was cute.”

Years later, the pair started attending the same church, Hillsong.
Hailey said in the same interview: “One day Justin walked into Hillsong and was like, ‘Hey, you got older.’ I was like, ‘Yeah, what’s up?’ Over time he became my best guy friend. I was running around with him as his homie, but we weren’t hanging out [romantically].”

As his and Hailey’s friendship continued to grow stronger, forcing her to deny relationship rumours.
When asked by E! News about their relationship status, Hailey said: ”I’ve known him since I was so young—since I was like 13—and we’ve just been good friends over the years,” she explained.
We have just stayed close and there’s nothing more to it than that.”
Things remained casual – at least, seemingly – until the end of 2015, when they embarked on a family holiday together with his younger brother and sister.

Things got a little less PG when they followed it up with a trip to the Carribean for New Year’s.
“I don’t want to put anyone in a position where they feel like I’m only theirs, only to be hurt in the end. Right now in my life, I don’t want to be held down by anything. I already have a lot that I have to commit to. A lot of responsibilities. I don’t want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility.
“I know that in the past I’ve hurt people and said things that I didn’t mean to make them happy in the moment. So now I’m just more so looking at the future, making sure I’m not damaging them.
What if Hailey ends up being the girl I’m gonna marry, right? If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it’s always gonna be damaged. It’s really hard to fix wounds like that. It’s so hard.… I just don’t want to hurt her.”

Following his comments, Hailey told E! News that she thought what he said was “awesome” but that they were not “an exclusive couple”. That’s a pie if I ever saw one.
It went quite for a while then, bar a few rogue comments from Hailey that most interpreted as being about the Biebs and a few stray Insta likes. It’s all about that #engagement, I guess.
“Justin and I were friends for a long time,” she said. “I met him when I was really young and he was one of my best friends.
“Everybody knows that at a certain point in time that turned into something else, but that just happens when you’re 18, 19. It was what it was.
We went through a long period of time when we weren’t friends. We didn’t speak for quite some time and there was a lot of weirdness that went on. We’ve moved past that.”
That summer, JB and HB were caught kissing in a New York park.
By July, the pair were engaged, as announced via Instagram. Standard.
“Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY.
I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make. My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first! You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn’t want to spend it with anybody else.”
The pair made the marriage official in September with a legal ceremony.

At the start of this year, Hailey confirmed to Vogue that there was another wedding on the cards and that she had in fact picked an “off-white” dress to wear.
