Heat says sorry for 'unfounded report' on Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's marriage
SINGER JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and his wife Jessica Biel have settled their Dublin High Court defamation case against Heat Magazine.
Earlier this month, the couple sued German company Bauer (publishers of Heat Magazine) for defamation over a story published in a September issue of the magazine.

The story was published under two headlines: ‘Justin Timberlake gets flirty with another woman, it’s not his wife!’ and ‘The flirty photos that rocked Justin and Jessica’s marriage’.
Today, Heat Magazine apologised to the couple for the “false” article:
The magazine said it “accepts the article was false” and “regrets any embarrassment caused to the couple”.
In a statement from their solicitor, Paul Tweed, Biel and Timberlake said they are “very satisfied” with the apology from Heat Magazine and Bauer.
They said they would not be making any further comment on the case – but would not hesitate to take legal action if “false allegations regarding the state of their marriage” were repeated.
