H&M has a dupe of Kate Middleton's wedding gown, and it's already sold out online
FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE week in April 2011, footage of the Royal Wedding was never off our TV screens.
And while many of us were more interested in the nun who wore Reeboks to the ceremony, the global fashion-pack spent hours upon hours fawning over Kate Middleton’s bridal gown.
To be fair, the Alexander McQueen creation worn by the then 29-year-old was an out-and-out winner, and if you’ve spent the last seven years wishing you could get your hands on something similar, the lads at H&M are only dying to sort you out.

Dipping their toe in all things wedding-related, the Scandinavian retailer has created a dupe of the world-famous gown.
And it’s not a far cry from the original.
H&M H&M
Described on the site as ‘long dress with a lace bodice and skirt in an airy weave’, the gown features a ‘scalloped V-neck with support panels at the top, an opening with a covered button at the back of the neck and a concealed zip at the back’.
And by the looks of things, people are fairly bloody impressed, as the dress is currently sold out online.

The dress is retailing for £149.99 (approx €170), and we’re idly wondering when it will be back in stock.
You know, asking for a friend.
