The singer released a statement earlier this week saying that she and beau Orlando Bloom were taking some “respectful, loving space at this time” (also known as “We’re donezo, lads”).
In true breakup tradition, Katy’s taken to the scissors and gotten a Miley Cyrus-esque platinum blonde crop.
Daring! Suits her, though.
She’s also spoken out about being pictured with Orlando at an Oscars after party a day before their split was announced – you can still be friends with your ex, duh!
Fair enough.
The Peru Two – AKA Michaella McCollum and Melissa Reid – are reportedly in “advanced talks” to appear on Big Brother. Oh, lord.
The pair were arrested in 2013 after trying to smuggle £1.5m of cocaine from Peru to Madrid, and served three years in a South American prison.
A source told The Sun that Michaella has spent the last six months trying to “build up her profile and image” in order to become a reality TV star:
Big Brother producers have been chatting to her about getting her on the next series of the show, which has a pairs theme. Her accomplice Melissa is less excited… They think the girls will help to stir up some excitement and chatter for the new series, as well as bring some glamour and drama.
