Kay Burley caught calling Scottish campaigner a "knob" on Sky News
KAY BURLEY’S BEEN caught rapid calling someone a “knob” on telly.
The Sky News journalist is on the campaign trail in Aberdeen and was heard uttering the word as the live coverage was handed back to her by a colleague.
She then spoke into the camera saying that “one or two Yes campaigners are getting a little bit lairy”.
Burley later tweeted and apologised for her language, but said that the campaigner had tried to assault the Sky camera man.
Burley’s use of the expression “campaigning against England” is also coming under fire:
