It’s being reported today that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have hired a surrogate to carry their third child.
According to a story in People Magazine, doctors have warned Kim about the health risks of carrying another baby prompting the decision. A source told them:
Kim was never going to let herself get pregnant again. It’s just too dangerous for her. Kanye was initially the one pushing for baby No. 3
Kim and Kanye will use a surrogate to carry their third baby. They are both very excited to give their kids a sibling
TMZ is reporting that they have agreed to pay the surrogate more than $113,000 to carry a child:
Kim has a condition – placenta accreta – which makes another pregnancy life-threatening. So Kim and Kanye have found a surrogate through an agency.
They report the supposed breakdown in costs, too:
$45,000 in 10, $4,500 monthly installments
If there are multiples, the surrogate gets $5k for each additional kid
If the surrogate loses reproductive organs, she gets $4,000
Kim and Kanye are also required to deposit $68,850 with the agency
