Splitsville, population Kris and Bruce Jenner... it's The Dredge

Well, Cheryl Cole may be moving there too. The best of the day’s celebrity dirt.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt – from the top to the very bottom.

Kris Kardashian and Bruce Jenner have confirmed that they have separated. The Kardashian rents say that they’re ‘much happier’ living apart after being married for 22 years.

The pair told E! News that:

We are living separately and we are much happier this way, but we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority.

Hollywood Life reports that Kris was keen to split as she was ‘tired of being held down’ and wants to start dating younger men.

Poor Brucie.

Simon Cowell has said Sinead O’Connor would make a great X Factor judge. Sinead may have accused him of murdering music, but Cowell has been more than welcoming in his response, inviting O’Connor to guest judge on the music talent show.

No word from Sinead yet, but we admire the concise open letter.

Sinead previously accused Simon and Louis Walsh of murdering music, on the Late Late Show last Friday.

It all amounts to the murder of music, music is being murdered. Rock ‘n’ roll is being murdered. I feel sorry for the murder of rock, which has happened because of the industry, because of Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, and the likes of them have murdered music.

We’ll assume it’s a no.

Madonna is back on Twitter! But, it’s all to critique artwork… Clinging on to her relevancy, Madge took to the social network for the first time since April to ‘live curate’ artwork from her followers.

Twitter users tweeted their artwork at her using the hashtag #artforfreedom, while Madge replied with her honest verdict.

It was as light and fluffy as you may expect.

WHY, you may ask? It's all to do with Art For Freedom, an initiative launched by the material girl that links art to social justice.

Right so.
