This lad dressed up as his mam and used her ID to get served drink... and it worked

It’s a cute look for him!

ANYONE WHO HAS ever been a teenager will be familiar with the struggle of obtaining alcoholic drinks.

But few of us have ever gone as far as this Scottish lad, who dressed up as his mam in an effort to fool the people at the offy:

And in case his disguise wasn’t convincing enough, he brought his mam’s ID (which didn’t have a date of birth, BTW) to back him up.

He’s thought this through fully, but can he pull it off?

The answer is yes, as he ended up with a bottle of vodka and the alcopop MD 20/20. Classy!

Photos of the teen’s escapades were submitted to the Facebook page The Glasgow Gospel, where they’ve stirred up quite the discussion. As one Facebook commenter says:

If someone is going to accept that card as ID then you probably don’t need to dress up – but he suits it though.
