LADY GAGA’S BREAKOUT hit ‘Just Dance’ turned 10 this month.
In a series of posts on her Instagram, the singer paid tribute to the song that started her career:
I can’t believe it’s been ten years since the release of Just Dance. It’s very emotional and I am so grateful to little monsters for sticking by me all these years. Cheers to many more, filled with love & bravery to be yourself. I love you so so much.”
The throwback to the now decade old track is making everyone feel nostalgic – and really, really old.
I mean, what the hell is an iPod?
There were valuable lessons to be learned from Baby Gaga.
Bad Romance is next lads. BAD ROMANCE!!! That practically came out last week.
The ‘L’ in LGBTQI+ stands for Lady Gaga, FYI.
Yep, the anniversary was just too much for some.
Rudely enough, collaborator Colby O’Donis didn’t acknowledge the day on any of his social media platforms, despite the song being the only thing he’s know for.
(Neither did Akon, in fairness).
Congratulations to Gaga on 10 years in the music industry, and for seemingly making massive glasses a thing again.
