Carrot, anyone?

The five-year union came to an end last December, with both parties insisting that the break-up had been amicable.

This statement has been reinforced by their regular exchanges on social media – the latest of which has piqued the interest of social media users in recent days.

Taking to Twitter yesterday, Lena reminded her ex-boyfriend of the list of baby names they created together.

Indeed, in 2014 during an interview with Vulture, the musician revealed that he was very eager to start a family.

“It just seems like the most fun thing in the world,” he told the publication.

I’ve never met people who have kids who haven’t looked me in the eye and been like, “It’s the greatest thing that’s ever happened.” I think it’s biological. I’m 30. I’m not that young, right? I’m not, like, 24 or 22. I’m no longer in the phase of my life where I talk about everything as in the future. Like, I’m in the future.

Lena acknowledged that others may have kept the list private, but the writer and actor was keen to tell the public that her ex-partner had once championed the name ‘Carrot’.

Hey jackantonoff I just found a potential baby name list we made in 2015. I could definitely keep this private, but then the world wouldn’t know that you suggested “Carrot” over and over… Love u!!!

Lena’s Twitter users decided to weigh in and share their thoughts on the names which had been thrown into the mix back in the day.

Anyone else need to see these two reunite?
