LEONARD NIMOY, THE American actor famous for playing Mr Spock in Star Trek passed away today at the age of 83.
He had a long and varied career on screen and off – ranging from acting to music, directing and writing. Here are some facts you might not know about him:
1. He directed Three Men and a Baby

He also wrote and directed several movies in the Star Trek franchise, but it was Three Men and a Baby that was his most commercially successful film (it was the highest grossing movie of 1987).
2. He wrote two autobiographies – one called “I Am Not Spock” and the other called “I Am Spock”
