Ghostbusters and Saturday Night Live star Leslie Jones has stuck two fingers up to, well, everyone and rejoined Twitter after a barrage of online abuse.

Last month saw her quitting Twitter for a second time after her website was hacked and nude photos of her posted (the first time was after huge volumes of racist and misogynist tweets).

She rejoined yesterday to celebrate her “birthday week”.

Floaty princess Lana Del Rey has thanked the Electric Picnic crowd for giving her such a lovely welcome to the main stage to close the festival last night.

She’s also commended everyone for making it ‘through the rain’. Sing it sister!

Meanwhile, did Noel Gallagher reveal himself as an avid fan of cult mid-nineties RTÉ TV show Fade Street on the EP stage?

Niall Horan has reportedly signed a huge solo album deal, but it’s not with Simon Cowell’s label Syco.

He’s been leading everyone to believe that he was actually branching out to become a professional golfer and friend of Rory McIlroy, but Horan is still very much into the music, and has apparently signed a big deal with Universal. (Irish Mirror)

Cowell said a few weeks ago that he was hoping to announce a deal with the Mullingar man “soon”. Awks.
