This actually happened.

THE GRAHAM NORTON Show isn’t known for many tense scenes, but there very nearly was one last night when ‘old enemies’ Liam Gallagher and Idris Elba ended up on the couch together.

Back in 2013, they had a row at the NME Awards which resulted in Liam throwing Idris’ bobble hat across the room. Okaaay.

In an interview with GQ at the time, Idris said that he had greeted Liam by hugging him and rubbing him on the head, which he didn’t like:

Don’t touch his hair, apparently. F**k off. Next time walk with a f**king hairdresser then… F**k that idiot. I don’t even know what his songs are about now or what band he’s in. No one gives a f**k, yeah? He was popular when he was in Oasis.

In case you were wondering, this was the hat in question.

We don’t want to say Liam was right to try and get rid of it, but… he wasn’t completely wrong?

Graham is a braver man than most, because he decided to bring up the ‘feud’ with the two men. And things went well, thankfully:

Meanwhile, Chris Rock was sitting there like:

Not a NOTION. But isn’t it lovely to see Graham Norton reuniting bitter enemies? It’s lovely. Get him involved in diplomacy.
