This clock from Lidl could change the way you sleep for good

It’s the talk of Twitter.

HAVE YOU FOUND yourself having to be crowbar-ed out of bed on these dark mornings, no matter how much Centrum you pop?

Same, to be honest. So I did what Twitter essentially has been telling me to do for months and bought a wake up light clock.

“Sorry, you bought a what?”

Essentially, it’s a fancy alarm clock.

“Ok, and how does it work?”

It works by waking you up gradually a bit before the actual time that you need to get up by slowly emitting light for about 20 to 40 minutes prior to your scheduled,so you wake up from the light rather than the sound.

There are loads of wake-up light therapy alarm clocks on the market. Depending on what you want though, they can be pricey.

However, our fave budget German supermarket Lidl is currently selling one at the absolute bargain price of €30.

As well as having the normal light function, it comes with several different “calming” alarm sounds, such as rainfall, bird song and ocean waves. (If you’re not arsed, you can also set a bog standard alarm noise, or simply the radio as your wake up call.)

With the rate people are raving about them on Twitter, you’ll have to grab one while stocks last.
