Piers Morgan cancelled Lily Allen's appearance on Good Morning Britian over their necklace feud

Get a grip Piers.

LILY ALLEN AND Piers Morgan are currently feuding over a necklace because it’s 2018 and it’s still not the weirdest thing that’s happened this year.

In case you missed it Piers criticized Lily for wearing a necklace that had an AK-47 on it saying it promoted gun violence and Lily wasn’t having it.

Well the feud has escalated somewhat in the past 24 hours. Lily was supposed to appear on this morning’s episode of Good Morning Britain of which Piers Morgan is the host to promote her new album ‘No Shame’ which is out tomorrow.

Last night she posted a video on her Twitter claiming that Piers Morgan had her appearance cancelled because of the spat.

And it turns out she was right because Piers Morgan has the temperament of a 4 year old apparently but that’s beside the point. He responded to the video confirming he cancelled her appearance and said he wouldn’t interview her ‘until or if your new album is a hit. So probably never’. Bit much Piers now to be honest.

Lily has since responded that Piers doesn’t understand how promotion works which is probably a fair point.

To which Piers responded:

Ah yes nothing like getting your staff to cancel an appearance of a guest because you don’t agree with their views on something. Very mature.

Either way this is probably good promotion for Lily’s new album because if Piers Morgan hates something, then it’s probably pretty good.

According to several early reviews of the album it’s a good one  so we’re very much looking forward to Piers’ in depth interview that he’ll have with her when it’s a hit.
