THIS WEEK’S EPISODE of Kevin McGahern’s America on RTÉ 2 featured heavily on last night’s Gogglebox Ireland.
And it was the episode where Kevin investigated the cam girl scene in the States.
Sure enough, the Ryan family in Limerick were put through the ringer – with one of the lads setting his stall out early:
“Oh. Cam girls. Not that I’d know what they were”
This was the face of every Irish teenager when a sex scene came on the telly and your parents were in the room
^specifically, one of the girls had just stepped on a dildo provocatively for some reason. The Ryan mam needed clarification:
“What did she do? I didn’t see it?”
“She was standing on a willy mam”
Once the lads had explained how exactly camming works, the cat on the telly had its moment in the spotlight
