However, as the pair did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement before they married in 2007, Hurley potentially stands to lose a great deal, according to the Mail Online. Her assets include a £4.3million farmhouse in Gloucestershire and a £2.5million Chelsea townhouse.
Nayar has no known assets in the UK.
