With regret, I must inform you that Logan Paul is at it again
YOU’D THINK AFTER being globally condemned for filming yourself taking the piss in front of a dead body that Logan Paul would just give it a rest.
Birdie Thompson Birdie Thompson
But alas, no. In his quest to join The League of Extraordinarily Loathed Gentlemen Online (chaired by Piers Morgan, obvs), he’s decided to … Pretend to be gay for a month? As a New Year’s Resolution? Careful LP, your straight privilege is showing!
On the latest episode of his Impaulsive (ugh) Podcast, Paul said he was going to attempt “male-only March” for 2019.
Weirdest flex of the year and it’s only January.

The “resolution” was seemingly supposed to tie in with his other two rules for January and February, in which he is attempting to stay sober, go vegan before binge drinking and eating meat on the regular.
Unsurprisingly, he’s facing a lot of criticism from the LGBTQ+ community, the majority of which you’d imagine is falling on deaf ears as he continues to To Do The Absolute Most™️.
Whoops!
We couldn't find this Tweet
One social media user attempted to highlight the true insensitivity of Paul’s language by pointing out US legislation which continues to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people.
“In 26 states, your employer can fire you for being LGBTQ,” Charlotte Clymer said on Twitter. “LGBTQ children are as much as 7x more likely than their cisgender, heterosexual peers to die by suicide.
Opting not to apologise (because why would you in fairness when you’re continually able to get away with things?), Paul tweeted to say it was a “very poor choice of words”, before inviting a representative from LGBTQ charity GLAAD on to his podcast. Yeah, don’t be too surprised if you get left on ‘read’ there.
Will 2019 be the year problematic people stop profiting from their bad behaviour? Hmm. Don’t get your hopes up.
