LOUIS WALSH HAS quit his role as a judge on The X-Factor after over a decade.
Louis said he’d had a fantastic 13 years on the show but admitted it was time to move on.
Louis has been the longest running judge on The X Factor, appearing on all bar one series since the show began in 2004. He will, though, continue to remain a key talent for Thames and Syco, notably as head judge on Ireland’s Got Talent which returns in 2019.
The developments signal the beginning of a new era for the UK’s most popular music talent show, which returns to ITV for its 15th series later this year.
But listen, never mind all that – let’s remember all the times Louis was bloody gas.
1. His lasting legacy will be bringing his acts to Ireland while the other contestants lived it up somewhere sunny.
2. Him and Sharon absolutely ripping it out of the contestants by absolutely wetting their knickers at the them singing.
I mean, honestly. Sharon was definitely drink here in fairness – count how many times she says ‘Barcelona’ in the first clip.
