Love Island's Georgia and Sam are telling VERY different versions of their break up on Instagram
LOVE ISLAND’S GEORGIA Steel has denied the cheating rumours which have dogged her since she announced her split from fellow contestant Sam Bird.
Taking to Instagram this morning, Georgia said in a statement:
“Last night Sam told me he was going to the press so I just want to make clear ahead of any interviews he does that there was NO third party involved in the break up between him and I.”
After this, she explained what actually did happen, saying Sam wants to believe the worst rather than dealing with her “falling out of love” with him.
She continued: “I will put my hands up and say yeah I do admit I went round his house and stayed the night in the spare room but NOTHING did happen.”
“He was a lovely boyfriend and I did really love him but moving in so soon and the public pressure did make me feel very trapped.”

Hmm. Is her loyalty legit though? Sam doesn’t reckon so.
In his own statement (once again, on Instagram), he denied claims he was ever going to sell a story to the papers.
“After reading Georgia’s side of the story, I think it’s only fair to share mine.”
He continued: “Sending inappropriate sexts to your ex is not banter. It’s cheating and it’s not loyal. Simple as that.”
Yikes. Wonder will Dr. Alex be able to spin a meme out of this one?
