THE LUAS CROSS City project is still underway – and every so often it causes a small bit of traffic chaos.

But yesterday a bit of brightness was added:

Some students in Phibsboro added a new lease of life to Luas hoardings that are up around the construction area locally

They’ll only be up temporarily – but the work by the Cabra 4 Youth Project looks pretty good for the time being
