Man eats only McDonalds for 3 months, ends up healthier than he started
WHEN MORGAN SPURLOCK made his documentary Super Size Me almost ten years ago, he ate only McDonalds for 30 days. The results for him were not good. He gained almost two stone, increased cholesterol and bad mood swings.
However, a teacher in the US has repeated his experiment and found that he experienced the exact opposite.
In fact, John Cisna actually ate nothing but McDonalds for 90 days. He, along with his students, made an effort to make clever choices which attempted to keep his diet in line with nutritional guidelines, as well as consuming less than 2,000 calories per day. He added 45 minutes of walking each day, and at the end of the experiment the results were surprising.
He not only lost more than two and a half stone, his cholesterol went from 249 to 170.
In summary, he says,
McDonald’s worker accidentally hands couple bag of cash instead of food>
Woman knocks over her boyfriend when he refuses to stop at McDonalds>
