A man is offering to trade his house for an iPhone 6
A MAN WHO has been trying to sell a run-down house in Detroit for months is offering to trade the property for an iPhone 6.
The owner originally procured the house for $41,000 back in 2010, but it has been uninhabited for years. It’s…dilapidated, to say the least.

According to Buzzfeed the unidentified owner, who lives in Austria, originally listed the property for $5000 and subsequently lowered it to $3000 after receiving no offers.

Estate agent Larry Else said the owner recently emailed him to let him know he’d accept an iPhone or a 32GB iPad in exchange for the property.
Else says that ever since he appeared on local news station Fox 2 with the listing, he has received “nonstop calls” and three serious offers.
Interested parties who don’t own iPhones needn’t give up hope, though – the owner is open to all possibilities.
Even an Android. He must be really desperate*.
(*Only joking.)
